I didn't start out as an agent. I started as a businessman putting my own savings into real estate, and living with the results.
Since 2011 I've bought, held and leased property with my own money. Every decision came with research: studying locations, tracking prices and rents, and looking back honestly at what worked and what didn't. Over time that turned into real knowledge of how good investments are made.
Today I use that knowledge professionally. The same thinking that has benefited my own portfolio should benefit every investor, family and business I work with, in Pune and in Mumbai.
